By beginning Service-now.com implementations with our standard build and best practice process templates that need only be refined to meet a customer’s specific requirements, Keystone is able to help customers to implement best practice aligned processes in days….not months!

This vast array of Intellectual Property is provided free of charge to our customers and is part of the value gained by dealing with an experienced ITSM organisation.

The elements that we deliver include:

Process Flow Design and ProceduresKeystone will bring both the high level process flows (clearly documented in a visual format), and the associated procedures (documented to include the relevant inputs and outputs and the activities that occur within each step).  This document forms the basis for detailed work instructions that are completed when the process is implemented and Service-now is configured to support it.
