Today at the ServiceNow Annual Kickoff Keystone Managing Director Dion Williams was presented with the award of ServiceNow Partner of the Year (North America and Asia Pacific). This is the second year running that Keystone has received this award that recognises Keystone’s commitment to growing the ServiceNow customer base whilst maintain the highest levels of service delivery and customer support to our customers.

The Department is the latest Queensland Government Agency to take advantage of the Whole of Government buying arrangement established in 2009 to procure the on demand IT Service Management solution provided by Service-now.com with implementation and ongoing support services provided by Keystone.

The Department were seeking to replace the incumbent platform due to the imminent end of life of the product. As an outcome of an extensive review of Service-now.com SaaS platform (architecture and security) including it’s fit for current and future state requirements, Service-now.com  was selected and a contract signed for 3+1+1 years with a current three year value of approximately $1.7m. The agreement is for more than 1200 users across central IT and regional offices. The project is scheduled  for go-live  in July 2011.
