The New York Stock Exchange welcomes executives and guests of DXC Technology (NYSE: DXC). Today marks the completion of the merger between Computer Sciences Corporation (NYSE: CSC) and Hewlett Packard Enterprise's (NYSE: HPE) spinning off to DXC Technology (NYSE: DXC). To honour the occasion Mike Lawrie, Chairman, President & CEO, DXC Technology, rung the NYSE Opening Bell® under the symbol “DXC.” Beginning today, DXC Technology will become a member of the S&P 500 index.

DXC plans a series of global launch activities beginning this morning, with employee events at more than 150 sites and an inaugural advertising campaign to introduce the new company to the marketplace.
