Fruition Partners has deployed the standard ITSM suite of applications; Incident, Problem, Change, Service Catalog along with a version of HR modified to suit the entry needs of the Payroll/HR team.
AirNZ went live with a full Service Catalog that relies upon a customised Approval and Fulfilment workflow. Up to five layers of Approval are dynamically supported, allowing approval from Line Manager, Financial, Business owner, HR and Adhoc while Fulfilment manages a dynamic blend of manual and orchestrated tasks. Orchestration delivers to AirNZ the automated management of Users and Computers into Active Directory.
